1. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used to communicate with you regarding the website, your orders, and shipments.
We will send you a confirmation message upon registration, and other relevant messages as needed.



2. Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • Prices listed on the website include VAT applicable at the time of purchase.
  • Any changes in the VAT rate will automatically reflect in product prices.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Customers may cancel their orders only if the order status is "New" .
  • If cancellation occurs when the order status is "Ready" or "In Delivery" , the customer will bear shipping and waiting fees until the package is returned, and a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days .
  • Labelle.sa reserves the right to change the shipping company upon customer request.


4. Warranty Policy

  • All devices sold through Labelle.sa are covered under the official warranty policy in Saudi Arabia for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase .
  • The warranty covers internal components only and does not apply to external body damage.
  • The warranty period starts from the purchase date , not the delivery date.


5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product .
  • Communication must be made via the same phone number used during the order ; otherwise, we cannot proceed.
  • The product must be in its original condition with intact packaging .
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Shipping fees will be applied in the following cases:
    • Refusal to accept delivery.
    • Returns or exchanges.
  • Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned at physical branches.


6. Device Issues

  • In case of a malfunction, contact Customer Service .
  • Provide a video demonstrating the issue .
  • After verification, you will be guided to deliver the device to the nearest branch or provided with a shipping label to send it to the courier.
  • If the issue is manufacturing-related , a replacement will be sent.
  • If the issue results from misuse , the device will be returned to the customer, and the customer bears the shipping cost .
  • Exchanges are completed within 15 days of receiving the device at Labelle.sa .


7. Promotions

  • Customers can benefit from promotions such as "Buy One Get One Free" on selected products.
  • Free shipping codes can be applied to eligible orders.
  • For promotional bundles:
    • You may return the entire bundle .
    • Or return only the discounted item .
  • Free items cannot be returned or refunded.


8. Discount Vouchers

  • Each discount voucher has a set validity period ; once expired, it cannot be reused or reactivated .
  • Each voucher has a minimum order value requirement to apply.
  • Vouchers cannot be applied to promotional bundles .
  • Only one voucher per order is allowed.


9. User Acknowledgment

  • By confirming your order, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
  • Labelle.sa assumes no responsibility for customers who have not reviewed these policies.
